Psychotherapy

Individual counselling is an important part of managing mental health and can be an effective tool for personal growth. Counselling may include a variety of methods such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy, Accelerated Resolution Therapy, and Equine Assisted therapy to name a few. Depending on the individual's needs, these therapies may all target things such as communication skills, self-esteem, life changes, relationships and more. Working one-on-one with a counsellor helps create a safe space in which individuals can develop empathy and insight into past experiences that are causing present issues. With the right counsellor who will listen without judgment, individual counselling can be an empowering experience.
