Gifted Assessment

Gifted assessment is a process of evaluating students who have demonstrated advanced intellectual and academic abilities, creativity, leadership capabilities, or exceptional talents. It usually involves a combination of standardized tests and subjective assessments to determine whether the student has the potential to be identified as "gifted" by their school district. In many cases, a gifted assessment may also include interviews with teachers, family members, and other individuals familiar with the student's abilities.
